Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Create new user-facing functionalities utilizing contemporary web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).

• Partner with designers to convert UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.

• Enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability.

• Confirm the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive design principles.

• Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to code quality and standards.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to combine frontend components with server-side logic.

• Keep current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our frontend development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Demonstrated experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or in a similar position, with a robust portfolio showcasing past projects.

• Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).

• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Bonus Points:

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.

• Familiarity with backend development technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.).

• Awareness of web security best practices.

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, etc.).
