Senior Front-End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing and maintaining high-quality platforms for customers and internal tools.

• Taking full ownership of applications, overseeing everything from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

• Guiding features through the entire lifecycle, from initial discovery to successful launch.

• Crafting secure, scalable, and thoroughly tested code (including unit, integration, component, and contract testing as needed).

• Collaborating closely with Product, UX, Risk, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.

• Actively engaging in architectural discussions and contributing to technical standards and best practices.

• Focusing on the continuous improvement of engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

• Functioning within an agile, cross-functional team with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Effectively utilizing AI tools to improve delivery and quality.

• Sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Confidence in engaging in technical and architectural discussions.

• Strong grasp of business requirements with the capability to translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Proven experience in agile environments with CI/CD practices.

• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code.

• Open-minded and proactive team player who contributes positively to team culture.

• Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of German is a plus).

• Practical experience with React or similar modern frameworks.

• Experience with Next.js, Static Site Generators, JAMstack, or headless CMS is a plus.

• Familiarity with component libraries such as Material-UI or similar design systems.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
