This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and improve high-performance web applications utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript, prioritizing scalability and an exceptional user experience;
• Design front-end solutions with a focus on composability, testability, and reliability, setting technical standards for the team;
• Create and manage automated testing pipelines (unit, integration, and end-to-end) along with CI/CD workflows;
• Develop internal tools and automation processes that enhance productivity and quality throughout the development lifecycle;
• Implement observability practices, feature flags, and secure rollouts for new functionalities;
• Engage in solution architecture, influencing strategic technical decisions;
• Work collaboratively with Product and Business teams to deliver value in an agile manner.
• Extensive experience with React (hooks, context, Server Components) and Next.js (App Router, SSR/ISR/SSG);
• High-level proficiency in TypeScript and styling with Tailwind CSS;
• Familiarity with state and cache management tools (React Query, Zustand, or similar);
• Experience with automated testing frameworks: Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright or Cypress;
• Proficient in Git and collaborative versioning practices;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar);
• Knowledge of observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry);
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals);
• Familiarity with Node.js and Python for integrations and automation tasks;
• Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs;
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
