Senior FICA Consultant – SAP BRIM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.

• Tailor and configure SAP BRIM solutions to meet business requirements and improve financial processes.

• Oversee the complete billing, invoicing, and payment services processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

• Supervise the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services with other SAP modules such as BRIM SOM, as well as non-SAP systems like Salesforce.

• Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services integration.

• Design and implement strategies to enhance system performance and address discrepancies.

• Generate comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure smooth integration and alignment of processes.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather business needs and convert them into technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in FICA within the SAP BRIM environment.

• Demonstrated experience with the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services.

• Proven expertise in integrating payment services with SAP BRIM and other SAP modules.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BRIM components and architecture.

• Skilled in FICA configuration, Convergent Invoicing processes, and Payment Services integration.

• Strong grasp of financial processes, billing, revenue management, and payment workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
