Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in pre-award feasibility projects.

• Deliver pre-award feasibility analyses and insights for pre-award RFPs, encompassing competitive assessments, historical recruitment evaluations, care standards, drug evaluations, epidemiological studies, and analyses of sites and countries.

• Evaluate clinical protocols, study assumptions, client details, and study plans for both US and global trials.

• Present and clarify feasibility analyses to Business Development/Clients, covering the process, recommendations, and underlying rationale.

• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners while interfacing with internal and external sources to collect and disseminate feasibility information.

• Conduct outreach to potential feasibility sites for pre-award opportunities.

• Engage in and/or contribute to Business Development Manager and client discussions.

• Provide assistance with post-award feasibility projects.

• Manage post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility deliverables in accordance with study and client specifications.

• When applicable, interact with patient advocacy groups and site networks to enhance study feasibility, recruitment, and overall success.

• Support the analysis of gathered site data to ensure precise site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of qualifications and equivalent relevant experience may be considered as an alternative.

• Experience in essential activities for the role, including feasibility analysis and site identification.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (Professional level).

• Postgraduate degree is preferred.
