Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist with pre-award feasibility initiatives.

• Deliver pre-award feasibility assessments and insights for RFPs, which encompass competitive analysis, historical recruitment evaluation, standards of care, drug assessments, epidemiological analysis, and site and country reviews.

• Evaluate clinical protocols, study assumptions, client data, and study plans for both US and international trials.

• Present and clarify feasibility analyses to Business Development and clients, detailing the process, suggestions, and reasoning.

• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners, while engaging internal and external resources to collect and disseminate feasibility information.

• Conduct feasibility site outreach for pre-award projects.

• Actively participate in or contribute to Business Development Manager and client discussions.

• Execute post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility outputs in accordance with study and client specifications.

• When applicable, connect with patient advocacy groups and site networks to facilitate study feasibility, recruitment, and successful execution.

• Aid in analyzing collected site data to ensure accurate site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life sciences field.

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience.

• An equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered as an alternative.

• Relevant experience in activities essential for the role, including feasibility analysis and site identification.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (Professional level).

• Postgraduate degree is preferred.
