Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist with pre-award feasibility projects.

• Deliver pre-award feasibility assessments and contributions for pre-award RFPs, encompassing competitive analysis, historical recruitment evaluation, standards of care, drug assessments, epidemiological analysis, and analysis of sites and countries.

• Examine clinical protocols, study assumptions, client details, and study plans for both US and international trials.

• Present and clarify feasibility analyses to the Business Development (BD) team and clients, including the methodology, recommendations, and justifications.

• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners while engaging with both internal and external sources to collect and disseminate feasibility data.

• Conduct outreach to potential feasibility sites for pre-award opportunities.

• Execute post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility tasks in accordance with study and client specifications.

• When suitable, connect with patient advocacy groups and site networks to enhance study feasibility, recruitment, and successful execution.

• Aid in analyzing the collected site data to ensure precise site selection, enrollment modeling, and study strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of qualifications and equivalent relevant experience may be considered as an alternative.

• Relevant experience in essential activities for the role, including feasibility analysis and site identification.

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English at a professional level.

• Postgraduate degree is preferred.
