Senior Experience Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of features by scoping, architecting, deploying, and iterating based on real-time user data.

• Incorporate AI tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude) into your routine to enhance productivity and optimize output.

• Tackle ambiguity by using sound judgment to address requirement gaps without waiting for comprehensive specifications.

• Rapidly deploy MVPs to collect real-world feedback, prioritizing momentum and validated learning over excessive engineering.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gain a thorough understanding of pain points and convert them into functional, scalable software solutions.

• Proactively engage across the organization to eliminate obstacles and sustain a high rate of shipping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining production-grade web applications (preferably with TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks).

• Strong grasp of frontend architecture, component-driven development, and contemporary build pipelines.

• Good understanding of system design and capability to work with intricate systems.

• Strong product intuition for leveraging AI to address real user challenges and deliver features that provide true value.
