Senior Enrollment Kit & Regulatory Documents Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will assume responsibility for a range of enrollment and regulatory tasks, making informed decisions as you handle both routine and complex scenarios.

• You will create new employer-specific materials and revise existing content to reflect changes in plans, ensuring alignment with legal plan documents, product standards, and marketing guidelines.

• You will continuously enhance and apply your understanding of defined contribution products to ensure materials meet standard product practices.

• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality results on schedule while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost management.

• You will keep precise records and manage the ordering of enrollment kits.

• You will identify gaps, pose questions, and consistently seek opportunities to enhance processes, quality, and the overall experience, fostering an environment of quality and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of an Associate degree in place of required experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience that directly corresponds with the responsibilities of this position.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced team environment while quickly adapting to shifting priorities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Solid relationship management skills with both internal and external clients (e.g., management, peers, colleagues, customers).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
