This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Logically's clientele.
• Oversee open tickets and projects, completing technical and operational tasks to meet project goals.
• Direct intricate, multi-phase security implementations, including resource coordination, risk management, timeline creation, and communication with executive stakeholders.
• Design and implement sophisticated secure networks tailored to customer business and technology needs.
• Lead large-scale security infrastructure rollouts across various customer locations and technologies.
• Architect and deploy advanced firewall solutions, encompassing high availability, SD-WAN, and intricate policy frameworks.
• Design and implement enterprise SASE/SSE architectures, utilizing FortiSASE and SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge.
• Architect and implement all-encompassing email security solutions, including threat protection, data loss prevention, encryption, and policy frameworks.
• Develop and execute organization-wide security awareness training programs, phishing simulations, behavioral analytics, and executive reports.
• Create and roll out endpoint security strategies incorporated with SIEM, SOAR, and orchestration platforms.
• Architect and implement enterprise SIEM solutions featuring distributed log collection, custom parsing rules, and integration with security stacks.
• Design and execute complex wireless solutions, including extensive deployments, heatmaps, roaming optimization, and captive portal integrations.
• Lead security configurations focused on compliance with PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO, and other frameworks.
• Facilitate customer project meetings, such as kickoffs, status updates, and After-Action Reviews.
• Manage project dependencies while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct advanced network troubleshooting, traffic analysis, and security incident response during implementation phases.
• Develop implementation standards, procedures, best-practice documentation, deployment playbooks, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and architecture teams to convert designs into actionable implementation plans.
• Act as the primary tier 3 escalation resource for complex implementation and support challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Security Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
• Conduct technical training sessions covering advanced topics and new technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis for implementation failures and drive corrective measures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and broaden customer cybersecurity portfolios.
• Apply risk management frameworks while offering strategic cybersecurity recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Service Delivery teams during project execution.
• Engage in pre-sales technical consultations, solution scoping, and technical proposal development.
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Build relationships with vendor technical resources and support teams, including TAM and escalation channels.
• Participate in on-call rotations and serve as an escalation point for urgent customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in network and security implementation, engineering, or architecture roles.
• At least 2 of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE, Fortinet NSE4 or higher, SonicWall Network Security Professional (SNSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CISSP, PMP.
• Expert-level experience in deploying and configuring enterprise security platforms across multiple vendors.
• Demonstrated experience with SASE/SSE architecture and cloud-delivered security services.
• Proven experience in implementing email security platforms and developing associated policies (Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar).
• Experience in deploying and managing security awareness training programs (KnowBe4 or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in complex network architecture and deployment.
• Proven project management experience, including managing multi-phase, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of firewall policies, security standards, and enterprise ruleset management.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, including STP, LAG, LACP, ACL, LLDP, 802.1X, NAC, BGP, OSPF.
• Advanced understanding of L2/L3 switching, routing, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong experience in Linux system administration and automation scripting.
• Demonstrated expertise with SIEM platforms, including architecture, deployment, and integration.
• Proven experience in endpoint security platform architecture and large-scale deployments.
• Experience with wireless site surveys, predictive analysis, and enterprise wireless design.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO, and others.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to create solutions that align security requirements with operational needs.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing technical staff.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent project management skills, including timeline development, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating superior leadership, presentation, and planning capabilities.
