This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assist in the execution of PLM Upgrade projects.
• Facilitate the hands-on implementation of upgrades for PLM Products hosted in the Cloud.
• Manage various stages of the PLM upgrade projects, starting from the request phase to hypercare.
• Inspire and motivate project team members both within and outside the cloud organization.
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with multiple global teams, including Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Applications, Cloud Database, and fellow PLM Upgrade Engineers.
• Responsible for the hands-on execution of upgrades, analyzing client requirements, designing, building, testing, documenting, and supporting quality implementation and educational content deliverables for the projects assigned to the PLM Upgrade team.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (IT, Computer Science, Programming, etc.) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant technical work experience.
• Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess or be eligible to obtain a secret government clearance.
• Extensive knowledge of the PTC PLM Windchill Product Suite, particularly in the Technical Upgrade Process.
• Skilled in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic experience with networking.
• Familiarity with bash scripting.
• Capability to maintain and implement effective application software across various technical platforms using one or more programming languages, including Java SE, JavaScript, and web services (REST, XML, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Single Sign-On technologies such as Ping Federate and Shibboleth.
• Understanding of database technologies, specifically Oracle and Postgres.
