Senior EDI/e-invoicing Integration Engineer – fluent French & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhancing e-invoicing and global supply chains by planning, coordinating, and technically executing e-invoicing and EDI projects on our cloud platform.

• Engaging with our partner companies, customers, and their suppliers on a global scale.

• Serving as the liaison between our clients, their ERP systems, and our SaaS platform.

• Onboarding new clients (following the handover from Sales) and autonomously advancing their integration projects.

• Acting as a collaborative partner for our clients while addressing their technical challenges.

• Taking initiative to guarantee the success of each project.

• Coordinating mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration in collaboration with the document engineering team for your integration projects.

• Promoting the assessment and implementation of new tools and processes for the project and overseeing the management of these processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.

• Familiarity with the integration of ERP import and export interfaces utilizing XML, CSV, and IDocs.

• Experience with EDI onboarding, EDI service providers, and Value Added Networks (VANs).

• Knowledge of national e-invoicing mandates across the globe.

• Comprehensive understanding of standard EDI and integration formats such as XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and VDA, along with EDI protocols including AS2, OFTP2, or PEPPOL.

• Exceptional communication skills in both French and English.

• Expertise in project management, supply chain management, and/or logistics.

• Strong organizational skills with a preference for independent work.
