Senior Director, Insurance Product Development, Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of ACA individual and small group health plan offerings.

• Manage the complete product portfolio performance, including benefit design, filings, and readiness for market launch.

• Supervise the creation of positioning strategies, market entry plans, and sales support tools.

• Establish structured operating rhythms throughout the product development and filing processes.

• Develop scalable processes and workflows to facilitate execution across multiple states.

• Collaborate with actuarial, network, market leadership, and compliance teams to foster growth within a regulated landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in health insurance, product strategy (focusing on ACA and QHP), and insurance product development.

• At least 6 years of experience in people leadership, managing teams at various levels.

• In-depth knowledge of ACA individual and small group QHP markets.

• Proven experience in leading regulatory filings across different markets (PBT, SBC, and other required documentation).

• A readiness to work in a structured, process-oriented environment, driving large-scale execution.

• Experience in managing complex programs.

• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
