This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee Experian's Unified Communications function to enhance global voice, video, and contact center services.
• Establish and uphold the UC strategy along with a multi-year roadmap.
• Provide executive leadership to ensure that outcomes are successfully achieved.
• Maintain continuity, stability, and optimal operational performance across the UC ecosystem.
• Direct the lifecycle management of global video conferencing systems.
• Communicate the UC strategy, investment proposals, risks, and delivery updates to senior leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate delivery across the UC/CC/AV ecosystems.
• Ensure that UC services are governed operationally while modernization efforts are in progress.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in managing Unified Communications and Contact Center strategies.
• Proven track record of modernizing enterprise voice and collaboration towards a cloud-based approach.
• Experience leading the evolution of contact center technologies.
• Leadership in video/AV and room systems.
• History of presenting strategies, investment proposals, delivery updates, and risks to senior leadership.
• Strong skills in program governance and operational discipline.
• Experience in vendor/MSP governance and commercial management.
