Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist within the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will monitor, implement, optimize, and report on digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing awareness and generating leads for our Vingcard brand.

• Work collaboratively with global and regional stakeholders to ensure impactful campaigns that align with a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

• Take ownership of and execute SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategies (including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO), partnering with content and product marketing teams to brief, optimize, and refresh our websites to attract qualified organic traffic and lead generation.

• Plan, launch, and refine Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns (search, paid social, retargeting), along with integrated digital demand-generation campaigns spanning web, paid media, email support, and content syndication to effectively drive MQLs and pipeline contributions through targeted efforts, testing, and continuous optimization.

• Oversee website content and performance, develop and optimize campaign landing pages, ensure precise tracking, and conduct ongoing A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and user experience.

• Track and report on website and campaign performance, create and maintain dashboards (using Power BI or similar tools), and translate data into actionable insights and next steps for optimization and growth.

• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, product teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver timely campaigns, ensure lead quality and tracking, and maintain alignment with business priorities and go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B settings, with a background in Hospitality, SaaS, or complex solution-based industries, demonstrating a proven ability to independently implement and optimize digital strategies across SEO/AEO and paid media with measurable performance outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO and AEO, including keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, and ongoing performance monitoring utilizing Search Console and other SEO tools.

• Strong skills in executing paid media campaigns, with experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads from end to end, including setup, targeting, bid and budget management, testing, and continuous optimization toward CPL and MQL objectives.

• Solid analytical and performance measurement capabilities, with proficiency in using GA4 or Matomo to track results, convert data into insights, and guide optimization and decision-making processes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, facilitating effective cross-functional coordination and timely delivery, alongside a relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or equivalent practical experience with a strong track record) and full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Power BI marketing dashboards, and AI tools applied across content workflows, automation, research, and analytics, along with strong quality control and governance skills, and additional language proficiency beyond English (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German) are valuable assets.
