This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Spearhead the strategy and implementation of paid media across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels, to enhance acquisition, engagement, and donations.
• Take ownership of campaign planning, budget distribution, performance enhancement, and ROI across all paid channels.
• Create audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies to boost efficiency and scale outcomes.
• Design and oversee comprehensive digital strategies that transform awareness into actionable results and conversions.
• Direct the SEO and SEM strategy to elevate visibility, drive traffic, and achieve high-intent conversions.
• Enhance website performance, landing pages, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and user experience journeys.
• Implement digital fundraising strategies aimed at increasing donor acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Manage performance reporting across channels, translating data into actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor a digital marketing team across paid media, SEO, and social media channels.
• Over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating progressive ownership of growth and performance channels.
• Proven track record of successfully leading paid media strategies that deliver measurable results in acquisition and conversion objectives.
• Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and digital analytics tools.
• Experience in enhancing conversion rates through testing, audience segmentation, and optimizing user journeys.
• Proficient in managing budgets and optimizing expenditures for maximum ROI.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, with a history of successfully coaching and developing direct reports.
• Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
