This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement, oversee, and enhance campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, META, Bing, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
• Examine campaign, website, and conversion data to uncover insights, trends, and areas for optimization.
• Create recommendations to enhance acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Construct and maintain campaign reporting dashboards, visualizations, and performance summaries suitable for executive review.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Leads, analysts, creative teams, and analytics teams to execute unified marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance and scale capabilities in daily operations.
• Engage directly in client meetings, delivering updates on campaigns, insights, performance trends, and optimization suggestions.
• Assist in media planning, audience targeting, testing strategies, budget allocation recommendations, and pacing.
• Execute and evaluate A/B testing initiatives across campaigns, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, UTM governance, and measurement frameworks.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform modifications, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and campaign implementation when relevant.
• Manage multiple campaigns and client priorities concurrently in a dynamic agency setting.
• 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or media planning.
• Growth Mindset: seeking a culture of experimentation by testing new digital strategies and scaling successful outcomes.
• Agency or consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics / GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio / Data Studio, Tableau, or other similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel/data analysis, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and client engagements effectively while taking ownership of tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
