Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch B2B accounts to enhance satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive coaching, effective performance communication, and strategic relationship management.

• Achieve targets for Portfolio NPS, retention, and reduction of churn.

• Oversee upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansion of accounts.

• Supervise client onboarding processes and ensure milestone achievements.

• Track campaign performance — ensuring CPL and MCAC remain within range.

• Address client calls, manage escalations, and navigate challenging conversations.

• Guarantee ticket resolution adheres to SLA and quality benchmarks.

• Promote the use of Jumpfactor products, courses, and community engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client success within a digital agency.

• Demonstrated ownership of revenue — managing MRR, ARR, or QRR.

• Proven success in retention, renewals, and minimizing churn.

• Proficient in digital marketing concepts including SEO, PPC, content, and web strategies.

• Strong communication skills — you take the lead in calls, rather than just participating.

• Familiarity with CRMs, dashboards, ClickUp, or Jira.

• Process-oriented with experience in dynamic, multi-client settings.

• Preferred: Experience working with MSP or Managed IT Services clients.

• Evidence of promotion or expanded responsibilities in a prior role.

• Practical understanding of SEO concepts and involvement in strategic discussions.

• Experience collaborating with specialists in SEO, PPC, and content creation.
