This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and execution of change strategies within transformation projects, preferably related to SAP.
• Design, hands-on development, and deployment of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), which includes the creation of in-app assets (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help) utilizing the appropriate editors/studios.
• Comprehensive enablement: segmentation, versioning, localization, testing & go-live, along with adoption KPIs (e.g., usage, completion rates, decrease in support tickets).
• Implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS/LXP), covering SCORM/xAPI packaging, course structuring, assignments, assessments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
• Design of AI-driven learning solutions and tailored enablement concepts (e.g., recommendations, learning analytics).
• Integration of technologies to improve accessibility (WCAG) and user experience in learning content and in-app guidance.
• Conducting stakeholder analyses, targeted communication initiatives, and training sessions (in German and English).
• Close cooperation with HR development, IT, and business units, which includes establishing governance for content lifecycle and translations.
• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology/ERP-driven projects (preferably SAP).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating content for a Digital Adoption Platform (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane) using the editor/studio with live in-app assets.
• At least one complete DAP rollout, including segmentation, versioning, localization, and monitoring of adoption KPIs (usage, completion, support ticket reduction).
• Practical experience in LMS/LXP publishing: SCORM/xAPI packaging, assignments, assessments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
• Knowledge of change methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter) and instructional design, with a strong emphasis on measurable adoption.
• Excellent communication abilities and empathy; proficiency in German and English; a keen interest in AI-driven learning and UX/accessibility (WCAG).
