Senior DevSecOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and implement security measures across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and software development processes.

• Integrate security testing tools such as SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and vulnerability management solutions.

• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for applications, infrastructure, and platform services.

• Establish and maintain security controls for cloud environments, infrastructure-as-code, and containerized workloads.

• Create automated security and compliance checks that support regulatory and internal security requirements.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams to adopt secure development practices.

• Assess, implement, and enhance security tools that support application and infrastructure security.

• Guide engineers in secure development practices and DevSecOps methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, DevOps, or similar engineering roles.

• Proven experience in implementing security controls within CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure in a production setting.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficient in scripting or automating workflows using technologies like Python, Bash, Terraform, or similar.
