This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the migration and consolidation of cloud environments.
• Enhance the CI/CD pipeline and automation processes.
• Minimize operational risks and technical dependencies.
• Improve observability, security, and infrastructure governance practices.
• Aid in architectural decisions pertaining to platform and environment scalability.
• Mandatory use of Cursor: all team members must utilize Cursor (AI-powered IDE) as the primary daily tool for development, testing, and automation.
• Version control with Git/GitLab: expertise in Git and GitLab workflows (branches, merge requests, code reviews).
• Agile methodology: engage in a Scrum/Kanban environment, actively participating in ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective).
• Asynchronous collaboration: possess strong written communication skills and document one’s work effectively.
• Problem-solving: demonstrate analytical skills to investigate the root causes of incidents rather than merely addressing symptoms.
• Proactivity: anticipate risks and suggest enhancements without waiting for guidance; identify and escalate issues before they develop.
• Autonomy: function independently in a setting with limited documentation, making sound decisions within your scope.
• Adaptability: be comfortable working in a dynamic environment (ongoing stack and cloud migration).
• Clear communication: interpret technical issues for business stakeholders and align expectations appropriately.
• Teamwork: collaborate, be receptive to code reviews, and share knowledge to lessen reliance on key individuals.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS and OCI).
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Competence in Linux administration.
• Skills in observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure security (DevSecOps).
• Ability to design scalable and resilient environments.
• Mandatory use of Cursor and AI for operational automation and productivity.
• Proficiency in technical English: capability to read technical documentation in English.
