This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a specialist in DevOps, you possess extensive knowledge and passionately support the entire development lifecycle for our clients.
• Your enthusiasm for automation drives you to enhance build, test, and deployment processes.
• You are proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to effortlessly manage infrastructure automation.
• You vigilantly oversee both on-premise and cloud infrastructure for clients, continuously seeking optimization opportunities.
• Your commitment to alerting, monitoring, and tracing ensures operations run smoothly.
• You work closely with developers and testers within agile, cross-functional teams utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Your proactive and self-sufficient approach guarantees the reliable operation of the applications you contribute to.
• You effectively communicate the operations perspective to development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders, making a significant impact.
• You have a minimum of three years' experience in the DevOps sector and have a background in software development.
• You possess a degree in IT or a similar qualification, along with relevant professional experience.
• Your expertise includes technologies and areas such as Java, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Linux, Docker, and SRE.
• You have a solid understanding of implementing CI/CD pipelines as well as developing and deploying Java and web applications.
• You are well-versed in microservice architectures and API design (REST, messaging).
• You have a fundamental knowledge of network infrastructures (routing, load balancing, DNS).
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams is a significant advantage.
• You are an effective communicator, approachable with colleagues and clients, and enjoy engaging in consulting work.
• You demonstrate proficiency in business-level German and possess good English language skills.
