⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.

• Proficient and proactive use of AI development tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, etc.) within your infrastructure workflow.

• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS services (IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM/Secrets Manager, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps methodologies, including PR-driven apply workflows (Atlantis or similar) and ArgoCD.

• Comprehensive CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions), focusing on caching/parallelism, artifact management, test reliability, and pipeline observability.

• Proven incident ownership experience: you have managed on-call responsibilities for systems you have developed and have led incidents from detection through resolution.

• Exceptional cross-team communication skills: you can convert platform constraints into developer-friendly solutions and documentation.

• Bonus Points: Experience with identity, access, and policy-as-code; familiarity with building self-service developer platforms; awareness of cost management.
