Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collect infrastructure change requests from engineering teams

• Manage the team’s PR review queue

• Address operational fixes and remediations in non-production environments

• Triage and respond to Datadog alerts

• Assist with common AWS request patterns

• Engage fully in the team’s scrum activities

• Document your fixes and leave behind runbooks

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in DevOps/platform/infrastructure engineering roles

• Proficient in Terraform

• Familiarity with PR-driven IaC workflows (Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of AWS services including ECS, S3, IAM, VPC networking fundamentals, and CloudWatch

• Understanding of CI/CD processes

• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python for automation and one-off fixes

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Experience in HIPAA-compliant or other regulated environments (healthcare, fintech)
