• Assume full responsibility for AWS-based infrastructure managed through Terraform in a multi-account, multi-tenant environment.
• Lead enhancements in the design of multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure, focusing on scalability and self-service tools (including documentation, runbooks, and PR-based workflows) to prevent engineering teams from being hindered by ticket delays.
• Facilitate the needs of AI engineering and product teams by providing infrastructure for AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based services, and sandbox accounts, enabling rapid development of AI features and internal tools while maintaining necessary safeguards.
• Manage and expand CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions (incorporating OIDC to AWS).
• Ensure effective utilization of Docker for local development setups, testing pipelines, and deployments.
• Oversee operational identity management using FusionAuth (including SSO, migrations, and Terraform operationalization).
• Enhance monitoring and observability with Sentry and CloudWatch, including cross-account patterns for developers.
• Advocate for security, privacy, and compliance best practices throughout the platform, aligning with ISO 27001 standards.
• Assist with migration programs (such as E-WISE and MINT/Esperanto) involving AWS accounts, networking, DNS, and transition tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, IT, and external partners.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong emphasis on AWS cloud infrastructure (multi-account experience is highly preferred).
• AI-focused: comfortable supporting LLM/AI workloads on AWS (such as Bedrock, LangChain services, Lambda/ECS patterns, and managing observability and cost control for inference pipelines) while working within teams that leverage AI-assisted workflows.
• Demonstrated expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Git-based processes.
• Experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar tools).
• In-depth understanding of security and compliance within cloud environments.
• Proficient in monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, CloudWatch, or similar solutions).
• Experience managing SSO/identity within SaaS environments.
• Practical experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programs (including DNS, authentication, and data management).
• Strong communication skills, capable of advising both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient English language skills (minimum B2+ level).
• Access to the WorkSmile platform, which provides benefits tailored to your preferences.
• A monthly lump sum of 175 PLN (ryczałt) for remote employees.
• Participation in various internal initiatives, including webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
