Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with development teams to launch new products in the cloud.

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, focusing on operational, security, and compliance aspects.

• Establish a process for continuous deployment, including the complete orchestration of the deployment workflow.

• Develop tools and scripts to enhance the efficiency of operational tasks.

• Create and share best practices for DevOps, SecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure across the organization.

• Implement monitoring procedures and design/deploy monitoring dashboards.

• Build and support system automation, deployment, and continuous integration tools.

• Assist in maintaining and monitoring production environments.

• Aid in designing and supporting internal development environments within both AWS and Azure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of proven experience in the field.

• 1-5 years of experience working with AWS.

• 1-5 years of experience in Linux environments.

• 1-5 years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

• 1-5 years of experience using Git SCM and GitHub.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and deployment models.

• Understanding and execution of cloud best practices regarding operations and security.

• Experience with AWS services and CLI.

• Proficiency in container infrastructure, including ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm.

• Experience with Apache Nifi, Nginx, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and/or ElasticSearch, as well as cluster configurations.

• Experience administering databases such as Postgres, MariaDB, MongoDB, MySQL, or MSSQL.

• Log aggregation experience using SumoLogic or similar tools.
