Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, scale, and sustain enterprise-level pipelines while automating the provisioning of cloud infrastructure.

• Oversee cluster availability, security measures, networking, ingress, and the management of service mesh traffic.

• Facilitate cross-team releases, implement Git branching strategies, and manage database version control and rollback strategies.

• Develop platform monitoring, logging, and metrics dashboards, while also aiding in incident response and root-cause analysis (RCA).

• Collaborate with Development Leads to eliminate deployment obstacles, ensure alignment on infrastructure standards, and oversee cross-service dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE supporting production microservices on Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in AWS and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio (preferred), and Envoy Proxy (preferred).

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, Git, and Jenkins (preferred).

• Knowledge of Nexus Repository, Amazon ECR, and Liquibase (for database schema migrations).

• Proficiency in Splunk, Fluent Bit, Prometheus, Grafana, and Amazon CloudWatch.

• Experience with SonarQube, Playwright, Jest, Bash, and Node.js (preferred).

• Familiarity with Apigee X, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Kubernetes-based platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, proactive risk management capabilities, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
