Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure environments.

• Create and enhance CI/CD pipelines for frequent deployments.

• Oversee Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration environments.

• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions utilizing Terraform and automation best practices.

• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and system observability.

• Monitor production systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar technologies.

• Apply security, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.

• Resolve infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues across various environments.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on release management and platform optimization.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud-native technologies.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.

• Proficient in scripting or programming with Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript.

• Understanding of networking, security, distributed systems, and cloud architecture principles.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK Stack.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in remote settings.

• Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and ArgoCD.

• Exposure to AI infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems.

• Experience in supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform.

• Contributions to open-source projects or experience in technical blogging.
