Senior Developer – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will join a cross-functional team made up of developers, a QA Analyst, a Product Manager, an SRE, and Security experts, focused on creating solutions that delight our customers;

• Engage in agile ceremonies with the team (including follow-ups, alignment sessions, impediment removal, and planning);

• Participate in the setup and configuration of environments, pipelines, and migration processes;

• Track metrics and analyze them to evaluate team health and progress towards objectives, suggesting improvements as needed throughout the workflow;

• Assist in defining and upholding the squad's goals;

• Code for new features, address bug fixes, and implement product enhancements;

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and teaching within a collaborative setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Ruby programming language;

• Familiarity with the Rails framework;

• Understanding of dependency management;

• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming;

• Knowledge of SQL databases;

• Background in unit testing;

• Proficient in Git;

• Awareness of security best practices, testing, and software development standards;

• Experience in API consumption and development;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;

• Capability in developing code with asynchronous processing;

• Experience with conducting code reviews.
