• Proficiency in Blue Prism is essential, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

• Ability to assume multiple roles, including Developer, Team Lead, or Architect.

• Blue Prism Certification is required.

• Strong development skills are necessary.

• A keen interest in technology and Robotic Process Automation is important.

• Capability to comprehend requirements and transform them into technical solutions.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• A background in programming with practical experience using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Tools, specifically Blue Prism and OCR Tools, is essential.

• Knowledge of AI/ML is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Web development skills, including HTML and CSS, are necessary.

• Experience with any Process Automation or Integration IT Projects is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
