This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop top-notch graphic and digital assets for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, infographics, display ads, videos, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create on-brand visuals including blog images, diagrams, long-form content assets, and marketing materials.
• Design and animate basic HTML5 banner advertisements while crafting user-friendly, visually appealing designs.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and uphold high standards across all digital assets and platforms.
• Participate in brand development projects, encompassing logo design, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
• Assist marketing campaigns by providing cohesive visuals for emails, paid media, events, and promotional materials.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to fruition and support presentations and internal deliverables.
• Strong experience in graphic and digital design, demonstrated by an impressive portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Skills in illustration, video editing, 3D design, or experiential marketing assets.
• Practical knowledge of HTML5 for creating banner ad animations.
• Solid understanding of visual design and user experience principles.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with wireframing and design system methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working in-house at a B2B SaaS or technology organization is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of behavioral economics or A/B testing techniques is a significant plus.
• High levels of empathy and collaborative problem-solving abilities are beneficial.
