This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop exceptional graphic and digital materials for websites, landing pages, social media platforms, presentations, infographics, display advertisements, videos, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create brand-aligned visuals including blog graphics, diagrams, long-form content pieces, and marketing materials.
• Design and animate basic HTML5 banner advertisements while producing user-friendly and visually captivating designs.
• Ensure consistency, precision, and high-quality standards across all digital assets and channels.
• Participate in brand enhancement efforts, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual identity frameworks.
• Assist marketing initiatives by providing cohesive visuals for emails, paid media, events, and promotional content.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to realize creative concepts and support presentations and internal deliverables.
• Proven experience in graphic and digital design, backed by a robust portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Skills in illustration, video editing, 3D design, or experiential marketing assets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 for animating banner ads.
• Strong grasp of visual design and user experience principles.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with wireframing and design system methodologies.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working in-house within a B2B SaaS or technology organization is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of behavioral economics or A/B testing strategies is a notable plus.
• High levels of empathy and collaborative problem-solving skills are highly valued.
