This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the Data Quality Program by designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, collaborating closely with data owners and business stakeholders to identify quality gaps, prioritize remediation actions, and monitor progress against established quality benchmarks.
• Identify and address data quality gaps through continuous data profiling and analysis across key enterprise systems—including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero—to uncover data quality issues, ascertain root causes, and work with business stakeholders to formulate and execute resolution strategies.
• Oversee customer data unification and hierarchy management by operating and maintaining matching and hierarchy assignments, while collaborating with business stakeholders to conduct timely reviews.
• Establish controls and checks by partnering with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero system teams to design and implement data validation rules, automated checks, and preventative controls aimed at minimizing data quality issues at the point of entry.
• Manage data quality for essential data objects by taking ownership of the end-to-end data quality management for critical data assets, defining quality dimensions, creating monitoring processes, and reporting on quality trends over time.
• Utilize external data vendors by collaborating with providers like ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet to enhance, validate, and standardize enterprise data, ensuring consistency between third-party data and internal records.
• Develop data standards and definitions by creating and maintaining data standards and field-level definitions to ensure uniform data entry and usage across all departments and systems.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics by establishing KPIs for data quality success, regularly evaluating program effectiveness, and providing executive reporting on improvements in data quality, remediation status, and control adoption.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Data Management, with a strong emphasis on Data Quality Management and data remediation.
• Strong SQL skills are necessary; the ability to write complex queries for data profiling, analysis, and quality monitoring is required.
• Significant experience with Salesforce data structures and data management within the Salesforce platform.
• Good experience in promoting data quality standardization and establishing controls across the enterprise.
• Experience with external data vendors such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet is a notable advantage.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and/or ChurnZero data is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS and Snowflake is beneficial.
• Experience with Generative AI and utilizing AI for driving data quality and metadata management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling for analytical purposes is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet multiple, competing deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and deliver desired outcomes.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
