This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conducted comprehensive data analysis focusing on Recommendation, Feeds, and Growth scenarios.

• Provided advanced analytics, reporting, and BI applications to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Assisted and prioritized data requests from business stakeholders; interpreted change requirements and evaluated their business impact.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact analytical use cases.

• Spearheaded the implementation of AI (LLM)-based autonomous agents for data analysis, chatbot interactions, and sentiment monitoring.

• Guided junior analysts in executing complex, data-driven projects within tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, possessing deep expertise in statistics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, Spark, Power BI, and Tableau, capable of producing end-to-end analytical solutions.

• Practical LLM experience in developing Prompt, RAG, Workflows, GenAI, Multimodal AI, and Agents, with a proven record of iterative optimization and performance enhancement.

• Strong AI product mindset, capable of converting data insights into intelligent product features and fostering innovation.

• Exceptional English communication skills, with experience collaborating across multinational and cross-cultural teams.

• A rich analytical background in the Web3 or Internet e-commerce industry, with analysis experience related to Recommendation, Feeds, and Growth being advantageous.
