This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, contribution margin, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), refund behaviors, and acquisition efficiency across various channels and regions.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth and Paid Media teams to assess channel performance and optimize budget distribution.
• Create cohort analyses, funnel analyses, attribution logic, and frameworks for performance monitoring.
• Detect revenue losses, operational inefficiencies, and potential growth avenues through comprehensive analysis.
• Transform complex datasets into straightforward business recommendations for the leadership team.
• Develop scalable reporting and KPI frameworks utilizing a modern data warehouse environment.
• Assist in forecasting, anomaly detection, experimentation analysis, and initiatives that support decision-making.
• Work in partnership with Data Engineering to enhance data quality, modeling processes, and infrastructure.
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and tools to expedite analytics, SQL development, documentation, and improve operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Performance Analytics.
• Significant experience supporting ecommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), business-to-consumer (B2C), or consumer-centric enterprises.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, cohort logic, attribution analysis, and querying large datasets.
• Experience working with warehouse-based analytics platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or comparable environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Comprehensive understanding of ecommerce unit economics, including CAC, return on ad spend (ROAS), marketing efficiency ratio (MER), LTV, payback periods, contribution margins, and funnel performance.
• Experience collaborating with Paid Media, Growth, or Marketing teams on performance analysis and optimization efforts.
• Proven record of ownership over analytical projects with quantifiable business outcomes.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-paced settings.
• Practical experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar in analytics workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
