This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Digital tagging and instrumentation: Design, execute, validate, and certify the tagging strategy across digital platforms (web and app), ensuring precise collection of user events and interactions.
• Advanced Analytics configurations: Implement sophisticated measurement setups, including User ID tracking, cross-domain tracking, and gathering of custom events.
• Data quality monitoring: Regularly assess the quality and integrity of gathered data, identifying and rectifying anomalies and tagging discrepancies.
• Interface with Engineering: Work in collaboration with the data engineering team on the development and evaluation of views and data layers (bronze, silver, gold), serving as the technical point of contact for Analytics data.
• Documentation: Keep the tagging plan documentation current, ensuring traceability of implementations and technical decisions.
• Paid media support: Assist in monitoring media pixels and validating campaign data, contributing to the precision of media performance metrics (e.g., attribution, conversions).
• Dashboards and analysis: Create and maintain analytical dashboards concentrating on tagging data and digital performance, aiding business stakeholders’ decision-making processes.
• Experimentation and monitoring tools management: Operate and set up optimization and testing tools in alignment with the client’s existing technology stack.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), including advanced configurations (User ID, cross-domain tracking, custom events).
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager or similar tools for implementing tagging in web and mobile settings.
• Familiarity with BigQuery for querying and validating collected analytics data.
• Experience with mobile attribution and campaign monitoring tools (AppsFlyer or similar).
• Capability to work collaboratively with data engineering teams, understanding analytical layer frameworks (raw, silver, gold).
• Analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills and the ability to convey technical information to business stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools (VWO or similar).
• Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
• Experience in monitoring paid media pixels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Knowledge of SQL for exploratory analyses in cloud analytics environments.
• Google Analytics certification or a similar qualification.
