This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of comprehensive data analysis, from shaping data releases to providing actionable business insights via Power BI dashboards and thorough analytical explorations.
• Ensure the production of dependable, high-quality data products that facilitate informed decision-making throughout the organization.
• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Data Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers—to gather, structure, and analyze data sources and datamarts.
• Propel product and business insights, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate overall data quality as we advance as a data-driven organization.
• Identify, assess, and curate existing data sources to assist Product and Business stakeholders in making informed choices.
• Manage essential aspects of the analytical lifecycle, from data exploration to insight delivery.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Guarantee accurate interpretation and utilization of datasets through explicit technical definitions and documentation.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive reporting and dashboards utilizing Power BI.
• Conduct data wrangling and transformations using SQL on analytical databases.
• Collaborate with data teams to enhance data management and governance, including creating SOPs for data ingestion and datamart development.
• Extract insights from user engagement and product analytics to optimize operations and enhance business results.
• Mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices in analysis, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Over 6 years of experience in data analysis, showcasing ownership of complete analytical projects.
• Extensive experience with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python (version 3.5 or higher) and geospatial querying.
• Experience within the real estate sector.
• Profound, hands-on knowledge of SQL.
• Skilled in using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Capability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into user-focused, consumable analyses and reports.
• Familiarity with data ETL and processing methodologies.
• Ability to utilize AI tools to aid in technical documentation, reporting, and testing.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
