Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Independently oversee the A/B testing process for Paper.io 2, validating feature values, refining essential parameters, and optimizing monetization strategies to enhance core KPIs.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of extensive, intricate datasets to identify player behaviors and potential growth areas.

• Convert data insights into concise, actionable recommendations that influence game design and the product roadmap.

• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate data-driven decision-making across the game lifecycle.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports to ensure the team remains aligned on vital metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in analytical positions within the gaming industry, with a comfort level working alongside product teams.

• Proficient in SQL and either R or Python; experienced in handling complex, large datasets.

• Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis techniques.

• Self-sufficient and practical problem solver with a keen analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excels in dynamic live-ops/product-driven settings that involve rapid iterations.
