Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for complex analytical projects.

• Provide support for on-demand analysis for Tillster clients, executives, and internal teams.

• Serve as a reliable analytics advisor to various departments.

• Design and facilitate A/B testing experiments.

• Be the primary subject matter expert for Google Analytics within the team.

• Create, develop, and maintain high-performing Explores and dashboards in Looker.

• Ensure that metric definitions in your areas of responsibility are clear and consistent.

• Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of all data products within your scope.

• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on LookML architecture.

• Work alongside the Senior BI & AI Analyst on defining customer analytics.

• Guide and mentor Junior Data Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of overall experience.

• Proficient in advanced SQL (including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization).

• Expertise in Looker (LookML development, Explores, and dashboards).

• Experience with GA4 implementation, configuration, and reporting.

• Proficiency in Python/Programming is preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in A/B Testing and Experimentation.

• Strong background in Statistical Analysis.

• Practical experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Gemini, Cortex Analyst).

• Experience in mentoring junior analysts.
