Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Convert extensive product and player data into insightful information that informs strategic choices.

• Enhance product performance, operational efficiency, and foster data-driven expansion throughout the organization.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for various departments within the company.

• Collaborate with different teams to ascertain analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Analyze user behavior to derive meaningful insights.

• Engage with key company metrics, monitoring and analyzing fluctuations, and identifying causal connections.

• Execute ad-hoc analytical tasks as requested by stakeholders.

• Independently extract insights from data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical position.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level (Upper Intermediate or above).

• Native-level proficiency in Russian.

• Strong abilities in writing and optimizing SQL queries to manage large datasets.

• Proficient in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas, numpy, seaborn, plotly, and stats.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of statistics and probability theory.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

• Capability to delve deeply into subject areas to comprehend business processes.
