This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Act as a Senior Data Analyst, utilizing cloud technology expertise within a vibrant and evolving consulting landscape.
• Address intricate customer-centric challenges, assisting various organizations in developing and modernizing their data analytics platforms as they transition to the cloud.
• Evaluate and clarify project requirements, managing the complete execution process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis to guarantee the timely delivery of relevant outputs in line with project timelines and objectives.
• Explore and employ a diverse range of new and existing technologies and software.
• Leverage your extensive experience with Looker Enterprise to assess and clarify project requirements and oversee the full execution process of migrating their existing reporting suite to Looker Enterprise.
• Enhance your knowledge of the Looker BI Suite and Big Query, along with related GCP concepts such as IAM roles, Logging, and Monitoring.
• Comprehend customer business needs and recommend optimal solutions utilizing the available data and tools.
• Analyze data essential for achieving targeted business results.
• Clearly and thoroughly document processes related to customer data requirements.
• Conduct training and pair-programming sessions for clients to improve their proficiency in using Looker and related GCP services.
• Create internal tools and enhance processes for the broader data analytics team and Qodea business. You will enjoy discovering ways to enhance efficiency.
• Extensive professional experience in a Data Analytics position, preferably in a client-facing consultancy role.
• Hands-on professional experience with Looker Enterprise (including instance management, LookML development, user access configuration, and visualization creation) and Looker Studio (experience with Looker Studio Pro is advantageous).
• Strong skills in data processing and a solid understanding of development using common database technologies (such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with developing visualizations and reports using BI solutions (such as Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of applying innovative thinking to identify and address data quality and integrity challenges.
• Proficient in presenting findings in a clear, organized, and actionable manner to diverse audiences with varying levels of comprehension.
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, capable of working both collaboratively and independently, delegating tasks to team members when necessary.
