Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• As a crucial member of our Data Science & Analytics Team, you will perform comprehensive analyses from initial conception (requirements specification, data processing) to final results and presentations.

• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to establish key metrics and produce reports, analyses, insights, and data products that drive company growth.

• Promote self-service analytics across the organization by training and mentoring others, while also managing core datasets and dashboards.

• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure that Prezi has access to comprehensive and reliable data for use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in data or business analytics with extensive datasets (Internet, banking, telecommunications).

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Social Sciences, or related fields.

• Familiar with extensive statistical analyses, including funnel analysis, clustering, forecasting, and recommender systems.

• Hands-on experience in building dashboards from the ground up.

• Comfortable in understanding business challenges faced by stakeholders and providing them with relevant analytical insights.

• Proficient in data transformation, primarily using SQL, along with Python or another scripting language.

• An active user and early adopter of AI technologies, with an interest in prompt and context engineering.

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A proactive team player with the ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse teams, including engineers and product stakeholders.
