This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of enterprise client onboarding for agentic AI implementations, which encompasses data analysis, topic clustering, coverage planning, and workflow/action design.
• Create, implement, and enhance prompts, conversation flows, agent logic, and knowledge configurations for production-level AI agents.
• Provide comprehensive AI solutions from design through to UAT, production launch, and subsequent optimization after going live.
• Manage post-launch AI performance at the client level, focusing on improvements in containment, resolution quality, and reduction of handoffs.
• Examine conversation data, quality signals, and DSAT drivers to uncover root causes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Apply iterative enhancements to prompts, workflows, actions, guardrails, and knowledge bases based on data insights and evaluation outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with AI Quality & Evaluation teams to ensure the accuracy of responses, quality of conversations, and assess regression risks.
• Collaborate with Client Analytics and ML-Ops teams to leverage insights, address platform changes, and resolve production issues.
• Guide junior analysts and engineers through design reviews, solution feedback, and provide best-practice advice on applied AI.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in applied AI, conversational AI, analytics, or AI-driven customer experience solutions.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and tool/action-based AI systems.
• Experience handling real-world customer interaction data, including chat, tickets, email, call transcripts, or voice data.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve AI behavior issues across prompts, knowledge bases, workflows, evaluations, and user experiences.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis, experimentation, and debugging AI behavior.
• Capability to utilize Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools for analyzing trends, quality signals, and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as analytics, quality, product, and ML-Ops.
