This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance across different channels and regions.
• Track contribution margin (CM) in relation to forecasts and strategic plans.
• Identify and assess the factors influencing CM fluctuations, such as refunds, customer acquisition cost (CAC) changes, discount levels, and channel distribution.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Growth teams to conduct in-depth channel-specific analyses.
• Create and sustain cohort-based refund curves and payback analyses.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of 30/60/90-day revenue projections.
• Design impactful dashboards.
• Convert analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing analytics or a similar domain.
• Proficient in advanced SQL.
• Familiarity with working in BigQuery or comparable data warehouse environments.
• Experience in creating executive-level dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent tools).
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding environments such as cloud-based code agents, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Strong grasp of e-commerce unit economics.
• Background in analyzing performance marketing funnels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
