• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to articulate clear, specific, and attainable data requirements.

• Determine how analytical outputs should be displayed and utilized.

• Cultivate a robust understanding of business workflows.

• Identify pertinent sources, entities, and attributes to address business inquiries.

• Validate analytical products with end users.

• Ensure that solutions align with business needs and expectations.

• Monitor and assess product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments.

• Foster continuous improvement through insights derived from data analysis.

• Grasp the technical architecture that supports data initiatives.

• Collaborate with data storage, integration, and analytics platforms.

• Work effectively with technical teams.

• Assist in the integration of AI tools and methodologies into analytical workflows.

• Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics Specialists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.

• Contribute to the provision of high-quality analytical solutions.

• Mentor and support junior analysts, encouraging their growth and development.

• Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Proficient in Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Experience collaborating with international clients.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Product-oriented thought process.

• Experience with value-based prioritization.

• Data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Skills in data analysis and interpretation.

• Expertise in data visualization and generating insights.
