Senior Customer Solutions Architect, AI Readiness, Enterprise Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to spearhead technical discovery initiatives.

• Evaluate enterprise environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid setups.

• Create solution architectures specifically for unstructured data.

• Provide customized demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Oversee the complete execution of proofs of value (POV).

• Diagnose and resolve deployment and performance challenges.

• Facilitate the transition to production through comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing architecture or solutions position.

• Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure in hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments.

• Hands-on knowledge of security and IAM concepts, including access models and governance/compliance issues.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery processes.

• Comfortable engaging directly within customer environments.

• Familiarity with AI, including knowledge of AI readiness requirements.
