• The role will initially focus on campaigns for Europe.
• Development and evolution of brand platforms: value proposition, positioning, narrative territory, tone, message architecture, and manifesto.
• Construction of long-term brand narratives that support campaigns, launches, and activations under a unified thread.
• Identification of reinvention opportunities in established brands: detecting where the narrative falls short and proposing evolutions with insight.
• Development of creative concepts, key messages, claims, and narratives tailored by channel and market, understanding each brand's positioning context.
• Translation of initiatives and concepts into clear, strategic multi-channel mechanics, ensuring each activation reinforces the brand system.
• Writing and designing persuasive, clear, and actionable presentations capable of defending brand thinking to the client.
• Conversion of strategic ideas into ready-to-use deliverables, synthesized to facilitate the client's decision-making process.
• Work with speed, judgment, and organization in urgent contexts and progressively defined briefs.
• Close collaboration with creative direction, design, and account management to ensure narrative, visual, and strategic coherence.
• Intensive use of AI tools as an ideation accelerator, creative amplifier, time saver, and production support, while maintaining creative and commercial criteria.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Copywriter or Senior Creative Copywriter in an agency or demanding creative environment, with demonstrable experience in building and developing brands (not just campaigns).
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Proficiency in presentation and production tools such as Gamma (main platform), Google Slides, Freepik Space, and other necessary tools to accelerate ideation and production will be valued.
• Practical mastery of AI applied to the creative process (ideation, exploration, synthesis, prototypes).
• A portfolio showcasing brands that have been built or evolved comprehensively, not just isolated pieces or campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience presenting ideas and campaigns to clients.
• Ability to work completely independently, without the need for constant supervision.
• Strong marketing judgment and commercial focus.
• High ability to synthesize, organize, and maintain narrative clarity.
• Speed of execution without sacrificing quality or strategic focus.
