This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies that are aligned with business objectives, product launches, demand generation priorities, and regional growth targets across EMEA.
• Create content frameworks that promote awareness, engagement, pipeline development, customer expansion, and thought leadership goals.
• Identify emerging trends in the industry, buyer challenges, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to guide content priorities and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand teams to ensure that content aligns with broader go-to-market strategies and corporate narratives.
• Contribute to the creation of executive thought leadership, industry insights, and strategic narratives that enhance Rithum’s market position.
• Plan, create, edit, and publish various types of content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, research reports, case studies, webinars, video scripts, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, and website content.
• Act as a hands-on writer and editor, upholding high standards for quality, clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
• Convert complex industry topics, product capabilities, and customer success stories into engaging and accessible content.
• Develop content that addresses both regional priorities and broader company initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customers, and industry stakeholders to produce credible and distinctive content.
• Build strong relationships with EMEA sales leadership and account teams to understand buyer needs, market trends, competitive pressures, and customer challenges.
• Engage in sales calls, pipeline reviews, win/loss discussions, and customer conversations to gather insights that inform content creation.
• Transform field feedback and customer insights into content that enhances sales effectiveness, buyer engagement, and pipeline progression.
• Create sales enablement content that aids in prospecting, opportunity advancement, and customer expansion efforts.
• Develop and implement SEO, GEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies that enhance discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Optimize content for both human audiences and AI-assisted discovery experiences.
• Monitor content performance using metrics such as engagement, pipeline influence, search visibility, AI citation, and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics, experimentation, and performance insights to continuously enhance content effectiveness and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations teams to assess content contributions across the buyer journey.
• Use AI-enabled tools to expedite content ideation, research, drafting, content repurposing, and workflow efficiency.
• Establish best practices for integrating AI into content development while preserving editorial quality, factual accuracy, and brand integrity.
• Identify emerging opportunities in AI-driven search, content discovery, and buyer behavior.
• Act as a champion for innovative content practices that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
• Over 8 years of B2B content marketing experience, particularly within SaaS, eCommerce, retail technology, or similar technology sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive demand generation, and promote revenue growth.
• Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling, and content development capabilities across diverse formats and audiences.
• Strong comprehension of B2B buyer journeys, sales processes, and revenue marketing principles.
• Experience in close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI-enabled tools as part of content creation, research, optimization, and distribution workflows.
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, AEO, content discoverability, and digital content performance best practices.
• Experience in using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and content performance platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
• Over 10 years of B2B content marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing to enterprise brands, retailers, eCommerce organizations, or digital commerce leaders across EMEA.
• Background in developing executive thought leadership and strategic narrative frameworks.
• Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar marketing technologies.
• Experience contributing to AI visibility, structured content, answer engine optimization, or emerging AI search strategies.
• Experience in supporting international or multi-region go-to-market organizations.
