Senior Consultant, SAP WM – Willing to Learn EWM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with key executives, business personnel, subject matter experts (SMEs), logistics leaders, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.

• Actively participate in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live phases of customer S/4HANA on-premise and cloud implementation projects.

• Leverage best practices on projects based on experience and expert consultations, tailored to the client's needs and culture.

• Define and estimate the total effort required for the functional team within your area of expertise.

• Oversee the deliverables of the WM functional team to ensure engagement objectives and budget compliance.

• Exhibit the ability to plan, facilitate, and manage workshops and meetings with clients effectively.

• Design and customize the customer journey while ensuring global scalability and consistency.

• Guarantee timely and quality delivery, along with effective revenue consumption and profitability management.

• Offer innovative ideas and solutions to address challenges.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and the enhancement of personal skills and professional expertise.

• Show a strong willingness to learn SAP EWM and continually expand your expertise.

• Collaborate closely with the SAP Consulting Teams in the region, fostering new ideas and their dissemination while independently seeking new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Proficient in English; German language skills are an advantage.

• Over 7 years of expertise in SAP WM/LE within ECC and/or S/4HANA, delivering implementation and support services for diverse clients.

• Strong understanding of logistics processes and experience in process re-engineering.

• Expertise in S/4HANA Stock Room Management.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse structures, put-away/removal strategies, batch/serial processes, and handling unit (HU) management.

• Familiarity with integration processes involving MM, SD, and PP.

• Experience in writing functional specifications (WRICEF).

• Knowledge of technical frameworks, hybrid architectures, or SAP certifications is advantageous.

• Ideally, possess experience working in virtual teams and international settings.

• Previous experience as a team lead managing consultants in S/4HANA implementation projects.

• High customer orientation, strong service attitude, and sound business acumen.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong capabilities in writing, mentoring, decision-making, and facilitating meetings.

• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues in delivering high-quality projects and consulting services.

• Willingness to travel and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

• Self-motivated with the ability to plan and organize your own work.
