This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Actively participate in the preparation, design, execution, and Go Live phases of customer S/4HANA implementation projects, both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key executives, business personnel, subject matter experts, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
• Leverage best practices on projects based on personal experience and expert consultation, tailoring approaches to fit the client and their culture.
• Define and project the total effort required for the functional team within the relevant area of expertise.
• Oversee the functional team’s deliverables to ensure they align with engagement objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Showcase the capability to plan, conduct, and manage workshops and meetings with clients effectively.
• Design and customize the customer journey while ensuring global scalability and consistency.
• Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery, monitoring revenue consumption and managing profitability.
• Offer innovative ideas and solutions to tackle challenges.
• Exhibit a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Display adaptability and flexibility to handle deadline pressures, ambiguity, and changes.
• Collaborate closely with the regional SAP Consulting Teams to develop new ideas and disseminate them, while independently seeking new opportunities.
• A completed degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a related field with a professional focus on finance or logistics.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Familiarity with the SAP product portfolio and successfully implemented SAP Best Practice solutions, along with the Activate Methodology.
• Over 7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on both EWM and WM, along with advantageous experience in Inventory Management (IM) and Stock Room Management.
• Ideally, 4-6 completed end-to-end full life cycle SAP EWM Module implementations with experience in team leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori applications.
• Knowledge in establishing warehouse structures, process-oriented and layout-oriented storage control, value-added services (VAS), ERP-EWM connectivity configurations, and data distribution models setup.
• Integration knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP are preferred.
• Experience in drafting functional specifications for WRICEF.
• Comprehensive understanding of multiple SAP modules and the capability to research and implement business best practices.
• Experience in designing and enhancing business processes and controls, with extensive business process re-engineering experience.
• Technical expertise in SAP frameworks and architectures, as well as relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience with hybrid/distributed architectures (on-premise vs. cloud), particularly in optimizing application landscapes.
• Strong customer orientation, service mindset, and business acumen.
• Proven skills in communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
• Exceptional writing, mentoring, decision-making, and meeting facilitation abilities.
• Capability to coach and mentor junior colleagues to deliver high-quality projects and consulting services.
• Willingness to travel and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan personal work effectively.
• Readiness to travel as required by project or client needs, which may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
